If you would like to send your child to Weaverham Forest Primary School, please follow the procedure below:
If your child is due to start in Reception class, at the usual starting time of September, Cheshire West and Chester will deal with your admission. You can contact them in the following way:

Parents should be aware that the offer of a place in our nursery does not ensure a place in the Reception class at Weaverham Forest Primary School – normal admissions procedures, as determined and managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council, will apply for Reception class places.
If you are looking to move your child to Weaverham Forest Primary and your child is not starting in our Reception class in September, then you need to complete the form below and return it to the school. Please note this is a PDF file so it will need to be printed first as it can not be returned electronically. Paper copies are available from the school office.
