We'll Meet Again Sing-a-long

Good afternoon Team Weaverham Forest, and Happy 75th VE Day Celebrations.

It has been far too long since we have sung together in assembly, so I am pleased to present the "We'll Meet Again" sing-a-long. This song represented hope and belief during the dark days of the Second World War for those families separated. It is very poignant that the Queen referred to the chorus in her address to the nation last month, and is going to be sung by many people today as they come together to celebrate out nation's triumphs of the past. Let's think about the lyrics and hope that we too will meet again soon in the future.

Feel free to join in with the video or just sit back in the sunshine and laugh at my singing.

Best wishes,

Mr. Proctor
